Work Environment

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients to identify their goals and needs, subsequently developing personalized treatment plans aimed at optimizing recovery.
• Utilize evidence-based practices to administer cost-effective therapeutic interventions that enhance mobility and function, reducing the need for pain medications and unnecessary surgical procedures.
• Employ various treatment techniques, including manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and modalities tailored to each patient's unique condition.
• Design and implement individualized fitness and wellness programs that promote overall health and physical activity among patients.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will have the privilege of working with a diverse patient population consisting of individuals recovering from orthopedic surgeries, injuries, and chronic pain conditions. Qualifications

• A Master's degree or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• An active state license to practice as a Physical Therapist in Florida.
• Two (2) years of experience in an orthopedic outpatient setting, demonstrating an ability to effectively assess and treat various orthopedic conditions.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, fostering positive relationships with both patients and colleagues.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from $90,000 to $120,000, commensurate with experience.
