Housing First Case Manager

Interfaith Works in Rockville, MD seeks a Case Manager to provide housing-focused services to individuals experiencing homelessness. You will use Housing First, trauma-informed, and motivational interviewing approaches to help participants set and reach stable housing goals. You will manage ~25 clients, conduct weekly meetings, and coordinate with community providers and Continuum of Care.
