*Job Description & Requirements* Urology Physician StartDate: ASAP Available Shifts: 8;24;On Call Pay Rate: $294.88 - $319.20 This facility is seeking a Urology Physician for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need. Details & requirements for this opportunity: * Scheduled: 8a-4p - Clinic Night call (5p-8a) 24-hour call, every 1 to 6 days * Practice Setting: Clinic Setting * Required Procedures: bread and butter urology, robot available,general urology care in clinic and on call, Cystoscopy, vasectomies, prostate biopsy * 20 to 25 patients per day * Credentialing Time frame: 3 months * Electronic Medical Record (EMR): Epic * Certification Required: Board Certified/Board Eligible, Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) * licensure: Washington *Job Benefits* AMN Healthcare typically arranges medical or dental malpractice insurance for the contractor providers we match to client opportunities.
