Key Responsibilities\n

• Evaluate client mental health conditions through structured assessments, formulate detailed treatment plans, and carry out regular documentation in adherence to company policies.

• Manage a caseload of 25-30 clients per week, providing individual, family, and group therapy, while also ensuring timely follow-up and progress assessment.

• Deliver exemplary customer service to clients, working closely with a diverse team to fulfill our mission of bridging gaps in mental health resources within the community.

• Utilize creative and therapeutic interventions during sessions, helping clients set and achieve personal goals that enhance their mental well-being.

• Prepare and maintain session documentation including treatment plans and progress notes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with clinic protocols.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 120,000 to 140,000, along with a sign-on bonus of $3,000. Our compensation structure is customizable, including hourly pay plus commission on claims. Benefits include:
