Job Title: Accounts Payable Clerk

Job Description:
We are seeking an Accounts Payable Clerk to support vendor management and expense reporting for a growing organization. This is an on-site role requiring strong attention to detail and reliability.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update vendor records
• Respond to vendor payment inquiries
• Process expense reports and support Concur system use
• Assist with invoices, audits, and general administrative tasks

Requirements:

• 2+ years of accounts payable or related experience
• Basic bookkeeping knowledge
• Strong data entry and organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Schedule:
Monday–Friday, full-time, on-site
