Global Solutions Project Coordinator

Role Description

Are you a highly organized and detail-oriented professional who thrives in managing projects and coordinating across teams? We’re looking for a Home-Based Global Solutions Project Coordinator to join our DCX team. In this role, you will support partner brands by coordinating projects related to global trade solutions, ensuring timelines are met, and maintaining strong communication with stakeholders. This is a great opportunity to contribute to a growing organization while developing your project management and coordination skills in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Education: Associate degree or higher in Business, Supply Chain, International Trade management, or equivalent experience.
Experience: 1-3 years of relatable business experience and using Project Management practices.
Language Proficiency: Strong verbal, written, and English communication skills.
Working schedule: Ability to work overnight/graveyard shifts in Philippine time or within US operating hours.
Technical Skills:
- Experience working with cross-functional teams.
- Various promotional industry-specific software (i.e., Sage, ESP, CommonSku, Syncore).
- Proficient with Microsoft Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook).
- Proficient with Google Suite (Google Sheets, Gmail, etc.).
- Basic exposure to Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and Canva is ideal.

Benefits

Salary Range: PHP 25,000-27,000
