We're seeking an experienced Loan Officer Team Lead to oversee a high-performing team of Mortgage Loan Officers while continuing to grow your own production. This is a leadership opportunity for a driven mortgage professional who is ready to mentor others, influence business growth, and take the next step toward senior leadership.

You'll lead a team of 6-10 loan officers, help drive performance, support client relationships, and play a key role in expanding our organization. Successful Team Leads have a clear pathway to advancement, including opportunities to become a Division Lead or help launch and manage new branch locations.

What You'll Do

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of 6-10 Loan Officers

• Drive team production, accountability, and performance metrics

• Support loan officers throughout the sales and origination process

• Build and maintain strong relationships with borrowers, referral partners, and key stakeholders

• Monitor pipeline activity to ensure loans move efficiently from application to closing

• Provide guidance on loan structuring, problem-solving, and customer service

• Recruit, onboard, and mentor new team members

• Ensure compliance with all company policies, lending guidelines, and regulatory requirements

• Collaborate with leadership to execute growth initiatives and expand market presence

What We're Looking For

• Active NMLS License

• Minimum 2 years of mortgage loan origination experience

• Proven ability to generate business and manage client relationships

• Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

• Highly organized with strong decision-making and problem-solving capabilities

• Results-driven mindset with a passion for helping others succeed

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience leading, mentoring, or training loan officers

• Experience with loan origination systems and mortgage technology platforms

• Knowledge of credit analysis, underwriting guidelines, and regulatory compliance

• Experience building referral networks and business development partnerships
