Our Total Rewards team plays a critical role in attracting, retaining, and rewarding top talent by delivering competitive, compliant, and data-driven compensation and benefits programs. We partner closely with Finance and business leaders to ensure our programs align with organizational strategy, support workforce needs, and reflect our commitment to equity and transparency. About the Role The Compensation & Benefits Analyst is responsible for supporting the design, analysis, and administration of compensation and benefits programs. This role combines strong analytical capability with operational execution and partner support. You will help ensure our pay practices are competitive, internally equitable, and compliant with applicable laws, while also supporting benefits administration and employee engagement initiatives. This is an intermediate-level role requiring sound judgment, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while gaining exposure to more complex total rewards strategies. Success in This Role Looks Like Compensation programs are administered accurately and on time (merit, incentive, and market adjustments) Job evaluations and market pricing are consistent, data-driven, and aligned with pay philosophy Leaders receive clear, actionable guidance on pay decisions Benefits programs run smoothly with high employee understanding and engagement Compliance requirements (FLSA, ERISA, ACA, etc.) are consistently met with no audit findings Reporting and analytics are reliable and support strong decision-making You’re Excited About This Opportunity Because You Will… Analyze and administer base pay and incentive programs to ensure market competitiveness and internal equity Conduct job evaluations, market pricing, and salary benchmarking using survey data Support annual compensation cycles (merit, bonus, and adjustments), including modeling and analysis Assist in the design and maintenance of job architecture, salary structures, and pay grades Administer and support employee benefits programs, including vendor coordination and employee communications Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations (FLSA, ERISA, COBRA, ACA, HIPAA, etc.) Partner with HR and business leaders to provide guidance on compensation decisions and policies Perform cost analysis and modeling to evaluate compensation and benefits changes Support audits, reporting, and regulatory filings related to total rewards programs Maintain accurate data and documentation in HRIS and compensation systems Participate in compensation surveys and market trend analysis Have a Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Finance, or a related field Bring 2–4 years of experience in compensation, benefits, or total rewards Have working knowledge of compensation fundamentals (job evaluation, market pricing, salary structures) Understand benefits administration and compliance requirements (ERISA, ACA, FMLA, etc.) Are highly analytical with strong Excel and data modeling skills Can translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for leaders Maintain strict confidentiality and sound judgment in sensitive matters Are organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively Have experience with HRIS systems and compensation tools Communicate clearly and effectively with employees and leaders at all levels About CMG Community Medical Group (CMG) is a leading healthcare organization dedicated to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care.
