Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide therapeutic support to clients facing issues such as trauma, depression, anxiety, relationship conflicts, grief, and communication barriers.

• Develop comprehensive, individualized treatment plans that are aligned with each client’s personal values and therapeutic goals.

• Create and maintain documentation that accurately reflects client interventions and treatment progress, ensuring compliance with both state regulations and clinic policies.

• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team of behavioral health professionals, including social workers and case managers, to ensure a holistic approach to care.

• Deliver immediate support and crisis intervention to clients experiencing acute mental health challenges, ensuring their safety and stabilization.

• Engage in continuous professional development, focusing on areas such as trauma-informed care, adolescent therapy, or couples counseling, to enhance therapeutic expertise.

• Foster a supportive environment that encourages trust and open communication between clients and staff members.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse demographic of clients, including individuals, couples, and families from various cultural backgrounds, with a range of psychological and emotional needs. Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.

• Valid Massachusetts licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• Proven clinical assessment, diagnostic, and case management repertoire, essential for delivering effective therapeutic interventions.

• Strong communication skills, enabling productive client interactions and interdisciplinary collaboration.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this position ranges from $70,000 to $90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
