Key Responsibilities\n

• Complete comprehensive mental health evaluations to accurately diagnose client conditions and develop individualized treatment plans.

• Maintain a full caseload of a minimum of 27 clinical sessions per week in line with Full-Time employment requirements.
\n
• Collaborate with colleagues as part of a dynamic team focusing on innovative approaches to mental health service delivery.
\n
• Prepare and submit documentation of individual therapy sessions, including assessments, treatment reviews, and case notes, in accordance with organizational standards.
\n
• Utilize creative interventions and therapeutic techniques to help clients reach and exceed their therapeutic goals.
\n
• Engage with families, school personnel, and other stakeholders to coordinate holistic care plans that address the diverse needs of clients.
\n
• Participate in clinical staff meetings and continuing education to enhance professional skills and knowledge.
\n
• Contribute positively to a thriving team culture and assist in creating an inclusive, empathetic environment.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

We serve a diverse clientele, including children, adolescents, and families from a variety of backgrounds. As a therapist with us, you'll have the chance to work with individuals facing a range of mental health issues and life transitions. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in a behavioral science field or a related area from an accredited institution.

• Current LMFT licensure is mandatory.
\n
• Proven experience in clinical documentation, including assessments and treatment planning.
\n
• Strong written and verbal communication skills essential for effective therapy.
\n
• Ability to manage and submit session documentation promptly and consistently.
\n
• Capability to demonstrate healthy boundaries in client relationships.
\n
• Comfort and familiarity in working with a diverse client population.
\n
• Proficiency in Office 365 and familiarity with Electronic Health Record systems; experience with Valant is beneficial.

• Successfully pass a background check as a condition of employment.
\n

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience in teletherapy, providing remote services to clients.
\n
• Understanding of trauma-informed and culturally competent counseling practices.
\n
• Prior involvement in team-based therapeutic approaches preferred.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, in addition to a sign-on bonus for eligible candidates. We also provide an hourly pay structure with the potential for additional commissions based on client sessions.
