Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and develop personalized treatment plans, addressing both pre-crisis and crisis situations, behavioral guidelines, and risk assessments.

• Complete regulatory documentation accurately and in a timely manner, ensuring compliance with all relevant standards.

• Employ evidence-based screening tools as directed by our clinical team to evaluate client needs effectively.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to create and implement positive behavior support plans, enhancing client engagement and outcomes.

• Actively engage in the licensing and accreditation processes, ensuring our clinic meets industry standards.

• Serve as a key liaison between the clinic and relevant service systems, state agencies, and community partners to enhance service delivery.

• Develop and maintain effective communication strategies to ensure adherence to contract standards and advance the organization’s mission.

• Build and nurture relationships with local, state, federal, and private sectors to promote services and explore funding opportunities.

• Engage in continual professional development by attending conferences, workshops, and statewide meetings to stay current within the mental health field.

• Support and fulfill other related responsibilities as assigned by the Clinic Director.
