This remote position allows you to provide critical mental health support while working from the comfort of your own home. This position is mainly remote, allowing you considerable flexibility in your work environment while still engaging with our vibrant virtual team. However, you will also have the option to work in our outpatient offices located in sunny Anaheim, California, which are designed for comfort and functionality. Key Responsibilities\n

In your role as an LMFT, you will engage patients through a combination of individual and couples therapy sessions while adhering to a structured schedule that allows healing through collaboration. Specific tasks include:

• Conducting thorough assessments of clients and their family dynamics to identify areas needing intervention.
\n
• Facilitating family sessions focusing on issues such as substance abuse, grief and loss, and communication barriers.
\n
• Providing individual therapy aimed at each member’s needs, ensuring a well-rounded approach.

• Developing and implementing personalized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based practices.
\n
• Recording and managing client progress in line with HIPAA regulations, using our secure digital health records system.
\n
• Engaging with community resources and referrals to further assist clients and families in their healing journeys.

You will be working with a diverse population, addressing various concerns that impact family systems, including:

• Alcohol and substance abuse.
\n
• Conflicts among family members, including siblings and parents.
\n
• Grief and loss related to death or life changes.
\n
• Challenges faced by blended families and those navigating separation or divorce.
\n
• Stress from job-related issues and other medical concerns affecting mental health.

• Communication difficulties among family members, including parent-child dynamics.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess the following academic and professional qualifications:

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.
\n
• An active and unrestricted LMFT license in the state of California.
\n
• A strong commitment to delivering high-quality behavioral healthcare and adhering to ethical standards.

Preferred Experience\n

While we welcome both recently licensed and seasoned clinicians, applicants with experience in:
