Technical Client Service Manager

To support top-tier clients in the Venture Capital and Private Equity space, the full-time salaried Technical Client Service Manager will oversee client service resources, manage system implementations, and lead technical training initiatives in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Architect and optimize technical documentation and workflows, ensuring clarity and accuracy Facilitate engaging live and virtual training sessions to enhance team proficiency in client service systems Document and manage workflows for strategic system implementations, ensuring effective change management and adoption Required qualifications At least 5 years of experience in the alternative asset industry, preferably in Venture Capital or Private Equity In-depth understanding of US GAAP and partnership accounting; CPA certification or external auditing experience is a plus Ability to translate complex concepts into manageable workflows for team training Proficiency in Notion, Microsoft Excel, and industry-specific accounting systems such as Xero or Dynamo Self-motivated with a collaborative attitude, thriving in a remote work environment
