What you will do at Signaturit Group, A Namirial Company As an HR Ops, your responsibilities will include: Act as the internal reference for Spanish labor legislation, ensuring compliance across payroll, benefits, equality plans, and HR processes. Payroll Management: Monthly report generation with payroll changes (garnishments, salary modifications, bonuses...), communication of changes to the agency, receipt and review of payrolls, coordination with the finance team for the payment date, uploading pay slips to our HRIS. Will be responsible for payroll digitalization project in Spain. HRIS full cycle management (Lucca) Social Benefits: Data collection and proposals for the implementation of new social benefits, resolution of doubts, contact with suppliers to resolve cases and negotiation of annual prices. Occupational Risk Prevention: responisble for the entire process together with the collaboration with the external prevention service regarding necessary documentation, evaluations among others. Equality Plan: Analysis and diagnosis of workforce, drafting of the equality plan, submission and correction of documentation together with the team. Events coordination: this person shall contribute on the planning and organization of celebrations and all other social events planned for Valencia office. What we believe should contribute to your success in this context You have at least 4 years of experience as an HR Ops or a similar role. Key Skills Degree in labor legislation, and hands‑on knowledge of Spanish labor law Payroll's management Solid knowledge of the Spanish Law Advanced Excel skills Planning and Organization Oral/written communication skills in both Spanish and English. French is a plus. Confidentiality and discretion Experience with the following digital tools such as HRIS/ Lucca/ Payroll: Deel.
