Travel Physical Therapist Opportunity

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• Proof of current CPR certification
• Current driver's license, reliable transportation, and insurance
• 1-2 years experience as a Physical Therapist in an acute care or rehabilitation setting
• HCHB, Oasis, and home health experience

Assignment Details

• Schedule: M-F until shift is complete
• On-call required if requested, based on staff and branch needs
• Float required
• Expected weekly productivity: 30 units
• Ability to travel locally
