Bookkeeper – Full TimeWe are currently seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Bookkeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring the company's financial processes are compliant and well-documented.Key Responsibilities:Record and categorize daily financial transactionsMaintain and reconcile general ledger accountsPrepare financial reports and summaries as neededManage accounts payable and accounts receivableAssist with payroll processing and tax filingsEnsure accuracy and compliance with relevant regulationsWork closely with management to analyze financial data and support decision-makingRequirements:Proven experience in bookkeeping or accountingProficiency with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Excel)Strong understanding of financial principles and recordkeeping practicesHigh attention to detail and accuracyAbility to maintain confidentiality and work independentlyThis is a full-time Monday through Thursday position located in Punta Gorda, FL.
