Vice President, Market Operations | Together Women’s Health Michigan or Remote The Sycamore Group is partnering with Together Women’s Health (TWH), a rapidly growing, Shore Capital Partners-backed network of women’s health practices, to recruit a Vice President of Market Operations. Founded in 2020, TWH partners with leading OB/GYN practices to provide the infrastructure, resources, and operational support needed to accelerate growth while allowing physicians to remain focused on delivering exceptional patient care. This is a senior operating role with responsibility for a $150M+ P&L and the day-to-day performance of a growing, multi-state portfolio of physician practices functioning within a MSO model. The Opportunity Reporting directly to the COO, the VP of Market Operations will lead TWH’s regional operating structure and have responsibility for both the financial and operational performance of its practices. The role will partner closely with physician leaders, Regional Directors, Practice Managers, and TWH’s corporate leadership team. This is fundamentally a growth-oriented operating role. TWH and Shore Capital have ambitious plans for the platform, and this leader will be expected to build the operating discipline, leadership structure, and processes necessary to support that continued growth. Key responsibilities will include: Own operating and financial performance across the portfolio, including a $150M+ P&L Lead and develop Regional Directors responsible for day-to-day practice performance Drive organic growth, EBITDA improvement, provider productivity, and operational efficiency Establish clear KPIs, operating rhythms, accountability, and escalation processes across the field organization Partner closely with physicians and practice leadership in a complex physician-partnership model Lead change management as newly affiliated practices integrate into the TWH platform Identify opportunities to improve staffing, patient experience, service delivery, and practice performance Partner across Finance, RCM, HR, Marketing, Business Development, and Clinical Operations Support de novo growth, new service-line introductions, and other strategic initiatives The formal role also carries responsibility for practice budgets, P&Ls, staffing plans, talent development, performance management, standardized operating processes, and organic clinic growth. Who We’re Looking For We're looking for a growth-minded, hands-on healthcare operator who has led at meaningful scale and knows how to create accountability without becoming the point of escalation for every problem. The strongest candidates will bring: 10+ years of progressive healthcare operations leadership Experience in PE backed healthcare services Significant MSO or multi-site healthcare experience Experience managing a $80M+ P&L or similarly complex operating portfolio Strong financial and operational acumen Experience leading and developing leaders—not simply managing individual contributors A track record of driving organic growth and improving operating performance Experience working effectively with physicians or other provider populations Strong change-management capabilities, particularly within acquired or affiliated organizations Comfort operating in a fast-paced, growth-oriented, private equity-backed environment Location & Travel The position can be based in Michigan or remotely, with significant travel to practices across the TWH network.
