Account Executive

Konica Minolta Business Solutions

Overview Start your sales career with a global brand that invests in you. At Konica Minolta, you’ll build new business and grow existing accounts, all while getting out in the field and meeting customers face‑to‑face. This is a hands‑on, hybrid sales role where you’ll learn fast, own real opportunities, and develop the skills to close deals. Responsibilities Learn and sell our full suite of print and tech solutions Build your pipeline through prospecting, networking, and referrals Spend the majority of your time in the field meeting customers at their locations Balance hunting (new business) + farming (growing accounts) Run consultative conversations and deliver solution‑focused presentations Collaborate with your team to win deals and refine strategy Manage your pipeline, track activity, and hit your goals Participate in training, team events, and ongoing development Why You'll Love It Real‑world sales experience from day one Supportive, team‑first culture Clear growth path + skill development A chance to earn, learn, and win early in your career Qualifications Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent experience 6 months – 3 years of experience in a customer‑facing role (sales development, account support, customer success support, renewals support, or similar) highly desirable Ability to routinely travel within the assigned territory to conduct in‑person customer/prospect meetings and field‑based selling Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for daily field travel within assigned territory Alignment to our corporate values of Open & Honest, Customer‑Centric, Innovative, Passionate, Inclusive & Collaborative, Accountable Familiarity with Salesforce a plus If you’re ready to build confidence, make an impact, and grow fast, this is your move.
