Summary: The Administrative Assistant II - Development is responsible for day-to-day aspects of assisting project development and the development department with various activities, including administrative activity, research, and coordination to help meet wind, solar, and storage project goals. Requirements:- Prepares Landowner information and lease packages.
- Documents Management of Land and 3rd Party Contracts.
- Enters Land and 3rd party contract terms and payment obligations into RES's agreement management database.
- Assists with prospective landowner mailings and other required Notices required for project management.
- Assists with Datasite maintenance as needed.
- Assists with Project tracking, contractual payment, and accounting administration.
- Attends work regularly and punctually, as scheduled or expected.
- Complies with Employee Handbook, Code of Conduct, and Company Policies & Procedures.
- Presents, supports, and leads-by-example with a safety and quality-oriented attitude.
- Assists Project Managers and other RES staff with project-specific needs.
- Understands contract terms and ability to recognize discrepancies.

- Functional competencies include attention to detail, accountability, collaboration, prioritization, and ethics & integrity.
- High school diploma/GED, required.
- Associate's degree in office administration, preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, accounting, legal, engineering, environmental science, or energy development-related field, preferred.
- 5 or more years of experience in administrative or development-related role, required.
