As our operations continue to expand, we are strengthening our financial function with an experienced Senior Accountant who can take full ownership of company-wide accounting./ppWe are seeking a Senior Accountant (Accounting Lead) who will be responsible for the entire accounting function, including oversight of two team members who currently manage daily accounting tasks. This is a hands-on, high-impact role reporting directly to the CEO. The ideal candidate is independent, analytical, detail-oriented, strong in communication, and comfortable working across departments (HR, Operations, Sales, Implementation, Support)./ppThis is a 100% on-site position in Tampa, FL, and we are hiring immediately./ph3Key Responsibilities/h3ulliLead and oversee the accounting function/liliSupervise and guide two team members handling operational accounting/liliStrengthen accounting workflows, documentation, and internal controls/liliCollaborate closely with leadership and cross-functional teams/li/ulh3Core Accounting Responsibilities/h3ulliManage full-cycle Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable/liliOversee payroll processing and payroll accounting (system-neutral)/liliPerform monthly bank and credit card reconciliations/liliMaintain the General Ledger and ensure GAAP compliance/liliPrepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements/liliSupport the month-end and year-end close/liliOversee sales tax reporting and compliance with external consultants/li/ulh3Systems Reporting/h3ulliWork within the Zoho Books and Zoho Finance applications/liliProvide accurate reports, reconciliations, and schedules for leadership/liliMaintain audit-ready documentation for internal and external requirements/li/ulh3Operational Support/h3ulliManage the company expense policy and reimbursements/liliMaintain an organized, secure financial file structure/liliEnsure accurate and timely handling of confidential financial data/li/ulh3Qualifications/h3ulliBachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field/lili58+ years of progressive corporate accounting experience/liliExperience supervising or reviewing the work of other accounting staff/liliStrong analytical and communication skills/liliAbility to work independently in a growing, fast-paced environment/liliAdvanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, etc.)/liliExperience with Zoho Books, NetSuite, QuickBooks, or similar systems/liliHigh attention to detail and strong organizational discipline/li/ulpCompensation: $75,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year ZKTeco WFM is a global leader in workforce data collection, delivering cost-effective, scalable, and high-quality solutions for Time Attendance and Workforce Management Software partners, as well as Workday end customers.
