Personal Injury Litigation Attorney Opportunity - Baltimore, MD - ONSITE Compensation: $120,000 - $165,000 + Commission Health insurance covered 80% by employer Dental and vision available Health reimbursement card up to $2,650 annually 401(k) matched up to 4% Free parking Unlimited PTO (minimum 3 weeks encouraged) No billable hour requirement Requirements MUST HAVE Personal Injury Litigation experience MUST be licensed and in good standing with the Maryland Bar 2+ years of Personal Injury Litigation experience preferred Experience handling a high-volume caseload (approximately 60 active files) Experience taking and defending depositions Experience drafting and arguing motions Courtroom and trial experience strongly preferred Familiarity with Maryland personal injury laws and procedures Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to build rapport with clients Experience with case management software preferred Must be available to work onsite Monday through Friday in Baltimore, MD Responsibilities Manage personal injury cases from complaint through resolution Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery documents Conduct depositions and attend hearings Negotiate settlements, mediations, and arbitrations Represent clients in District and Circuit Courts throughout Maryland Collaborate with litigation paralegals and support staff Maintain accurate case documentation and case management records #J-18808-Ljbffr SR Staffing
