Job Details

Qualifications
J.D. from an accredited law school.
Active member in good standing with the New York Bar.
2-10 years of personal injury litigation experience.
Strong legal writing, research, and analytical skills.
Experience handling depositions, motion practice, court appearances, and discovery.
Excellent communication and client relationship skills.
Ability to independently manage a litigation caseload while working collaboratively with the team.

Preferred Qualifications
Experience handling catastrophic injury or complex personal injury matters.
Trial experience is highly desired but not required.
Strong negotiation and case management abilities.
Motivated, organized, and committed to achieving outstanding client results.
