Job Overview A law firm seeks a Personal Injury Litigation Attorney in Baltimore, MD. This role involves managing approximately 60 active personal injury cases from complaint through resolution, including drafting motions, deposing experts, and trying cases in Maryland courts. The attorney will collaborate with a team of paralegals and support staff to focus on legal practice rather than administrative tasks. Duties Manage a docket of personal injury cases from complaint to resolution. Draft and argue motions in District and Circuit Courts. Conduct depositions of treating physicians and defense experts. Negotiate settlements at mediation and arbitration. Collaborate with a team of litigation paralegals and support staff. Requirements Experience in personal injury litigation preferred. Strong negotiation and trial skills. Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously. Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree required. Certifications Licensed to practice law in Maryland. Skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in legal research and case management software.
