Great growth opportunity 401K 401K Match PTO Job Details Responsibilities Handle all aspects of personal injury cases including initial client meetings, case evaluations, and investigations. Conduct thorough legal research and case analysis to prepare for court proceedings. Develop case strategies and present cases in court, ensuring the best possible outcome for clients. Draft and prepare legal documents, including pleadings, motions, briefs, and discovery requests. Qualifications A Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school. Admission to the state bar. A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Personal Injury Attorney. Proven trial experience and a strong record of successful case settlements. Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to resolve complex issues. Proficient in conducting investigations and legal research.
