POSITION SUMMARY

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team! As a sales administrator you will play a key role in supporting the daily operations of the service department.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Duties (Most Important to Least Important) Schedule service appointments and coordinate with technicians to ensure timely completion of work. Communicate with customers regarding service updates, quotes, warranty status, and pick up scheduling. Submit warranty claims as needed and ensure proper documentation is completed and filed. Work closely with the parts department regarding parts needed for service jobs. Support the service manager and team in coordinating internal and retail repair orders. Reconcile service invoices, ensuring labor and parts are correctly billed. Maintain service files and customer records in an organized and accurate manner. Any other duties as assigned.

Strong organizational skills and detail oriented Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft office Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment

QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS

High school diploma or equivalent required; a degree in Business Administration, Sales, or related field is preferred.

Remaining in a stationary position, often standing or sitting for prolonged periods Moving about to accomplish tasks communicating with others to exchange information Hearing Repeating motions that may include the wrists, hands, and/or fingers Assessing the accuracy, neatness and thoroughness of the work assigned Talking Eye/Hand/Foot Coordination
