This position offers the flexibility of a remote work setting, allowing you to maintain a balanced work-life dynamic while being part of a supportive and collaborative team. Although the majority of your interactions will occur in a virtual environment, you will also engage with clients through our Detox Center, where critical services are delivered in a compassionate manner. Regular meetings, training, and community outreach will provide opportunities for connection and collaboration with colleagues and partners.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to accurately identify and understand clients' social, emotional, and psychological needs, establishing a solid foundation for therapeutic interventions.

• Deliver individualized and group counseling sessions utilizing evidence-based methods such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and trauma-informed care approaches, ensuring the treatment aligns with each client’s unique circumstances.

• Develop and implement tailored service plans that set clear goals and objectives, empowering clients to navigate and overcome their challenges effectively.

• Advocate for clients’ rights and needs, connecting them with essential resources and services that facilitate positive change in their lives.

• Collaborate actively with various stakeholders, including community organizations, government agencies, and healthcare providers, to enhance service delivery and improve client outcomes.

• Participate in program development and evaluation, contributing to grant reporting and efforts to secure ongoing funding for critical mental health services.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The ideal candidate will work primarily with individuals and families facing a variety of mental health challenges, including substance use issues, anxiety disorders, and trauma-related conditions. Your interventions will involve creating a safe space for clients to express their feelings, develop coping mechanisms, and ultimately achieve a healthier mental state.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program is required to ensure a strong foundation in clinical practices.

Compensation and Benefits\n
