Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments of patients, ensuring to formulate detailed treatment plans that align with established best practices and solution-based interventions.

• Provide psychotherapy services tailored to individual needs, utilizing various therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT).

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical records while adhering to HIPAA regulations, ensuring confidentiality and security of patient information.

• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure a coordinated approach to patient care.

• Participate in regular case consultations and peer review meetings, contributing to the continuous improvement of care quality.

• Educate and support patients and their families regarding mental health conditions, treatment options, and available community resources.

• Stay abreast of the latest research developments in mental health to continually integrate innovative evidence-based techniques into clinical practice.

• Manage a full caseload of clients, actively tracking progress toward treatment goals and adjusting plans as necessary in accordance with patient response.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution, leading to licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
