Work Environment\n

This full-time position offers a flexible remote work environment, allowing you to connect with clients in a comfortable setting while maintaining work-life balance. Your schedule will consist of regular Monday to Friday hours, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., designed to promote availability for client interactions while encouraging personal well-being. Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, your key responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough evaluations to assess the intensity, frequency, and duration of mood disorder symptoms for each client.

• Collaborating with clients to create personalized treatment plans that align with their individual requirements, therapeutic goals, and personal preferences.

• Employing evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to facilitate effective client outcomes.

• Providing education and support to both clients and their families regarding mood disorders, available treatment options, and strategies for self-care.

• Monitoring and documenting client progress meticulously, with adjustments made to treatment plans as needed to ensure optimal results.

• Engaging in interdisciplinary teamwork by collaborating with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to offer integrated care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work extensively with clients experiencing mood disorders, including depression, bipolar disorder, and anxiety. Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
