Job Description
Title: Registered Nurse - Outpatient Care

Schedule: 4 x 10-hour shifts, days vary (rotating)

Assignment Details:
- Contract Length: 13 weeks
- Guaranteed Hours: 40.00

Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred
- Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice required
- Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification or Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from an approved vendor required
- ONS certification required
- At least 2-3 years of recent nursing experience required

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Deliver coordinated nursing care for outpatients in a clinic setting according to established standards of care.
- Supervise and direct activities of various levels of assigned nursing staff.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team, including patients and families, to provide safe and effective patient care.
- Collect and analyze relevant patient data to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Participate in discharge planning to ensure continuity of care.
- Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding health-related matters.
