Property Operations Assistant: Leasing, Reporting & Resident Care

Hirebridge

Hirebridge is seeking an Assistant Property Manager in Seattle. This role involves supporting the property manager by overseeing operations, ensuring resident satisfaction, and managing financial reporting. You will be responsible for auditing files, processing lease renewals, and maintaining a positive living environment. A high school diploma is required, with a preference for a Bachelor’s degree and property management experience.
