Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to understand clients' unique challenges and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to their needs.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to facilitate positive change in your clients’ lives.

• Document patient progress comprehensively and maintain confidentiality as per regulatory standards using our secure electronic health record system.

• Engage in regular collaboration with a multidisciplinary treatment team to coordinate care that holistically addresses the physical, emotional, and social needs of clients.

• Facilitate psychoeducation sessions for patients and their families, equipping them with tools to manage mental health challenges and fostering self-advocacy.

• Stay current with advancements in mental health research and incorporate new methodologies into your practice to continuously improve client interactions and outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a varied client demographic, including individuals suffering from anxiety, depression, trauma, and other emotional disturbances.
