Responsibilities Lead complete estimating efforts on projects up to $100M Develop conceptual budgets and detailed cost estimates Manage subcontractor bidding and scope reviews Lead value engineering discussions Present estimates to executive leadership and clients Support preconstruction strategy throughout project development Requirements 7+ years of estimating experience with a General Contract Strong understanding of conceptual estimating and GMP development Excellent subcontractor relationships throughout the Atlanta market Experience with Bluebeam, OST, Destini, or similar software #J-18808-Ljbffr Niche SSP - No.1 for Estimating Talent
