Who We're Looking For:
1-2 years of experience in administrative, customer-facing roles
Previous dealership experience preferred but not required
A team player with a positive, customer-focused attitude
Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence
What You'll Do:
Greet and assist customers who enter the service department
Schedule appointments for service via telephone, e-mail and in person
Direct calls and handle all customer payment and credit transactions
Responsible for the daily balancing and reconciling of cash office accounts
Handle daily bank deposits
Assist the Office Manager and/or General Manager with various clerical duties as needed

The hourly wage for this position is $19.00 with additional bonuses based on attainment of store objectives. Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
