Position Overview



Ultimate Staffing Services is actively seeking 1st Shift Document Processors to join their client's team in Newark, DE. These positions are within a banking lockbox document processing center and offer comprehensive training in a highly regulated environment. Various shifts and start dates are available, making it an ideal opportunity for those with flexibility in their schedule.


Responsibilities





  • Opening newly delivered mail and conducting audits and reviews of applications.




  • Performing basic data entry tasks and electronic file scanning.




  • Ensuring accurate and efficient document processing in a lockbox environment.




  • Adhering to regulatory standards and guidelines during document handling.




  • Collaborating with team members to ensure smooth workflow operations.


Qualifications





  • Good computer skills are essential.




  • Proficient in data entry with strong attention to detail.




  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.




  • Excellent communication abilities.




  • Proof of education: Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred; High School diploma or GED considered with relevant experience.


Required Work Hours



Various shifts available, including:




  • Tuesday - Saturday: 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM




  • Sunday - Thursday: 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM




  • Weekend Shifts:




    • Friday - Monday: 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM




    • Friday - Monday: 3:00 PM - 1:30 AM




    • Friday - Monday: 5:00 PM - 3:30 AM






Training Schedule: Monday - Friday, 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM

Pay:


$18 per hour
