HCM Analyst Agency 090 As an HCM Analyst with OMES you will enjoy generous leave including 15 days of vacation, 15 days of sick leave, and 11 paid holidays annually. Salary range of $55,000 - $60,000 based on education and experience. Responsibilities Manage the Workday Center of Excellence ticket queue in accordance with the outlined procedure; this includes assisting customers with questions, troubleshooting issues, and assigning to appropriate parties. Intake requests for Workday enhancements in alignment with the established governance process from HR staff across the state. Ask clarifying questions to understand the business need and desired outcome. Investigate system capabilities using Workday Community and internal documentation to identify potential solutions. Summarize findings clearly and present potential solutions to stakeholders. Support basic testing of updates once configuration is completed. Assist with updates to guidance, job aids, and process documentation. Help identify opportunities to simplify HR processes and improve user experience. Qualifications Associate degree or equivalent experience in HR, Business, Public Administration, or related field. Experience with Workday or similar HCM system. Experience working in an HR team. Experience utilizing ServiceNow or other work management system. Preference will be given to candidates who possess experience with Workday or similar HCM system, experience working in an HR team, and experience utilizing ServiceNow or other work management system. Physical Demands and Work Environment This position works in a comfortable office setting with a computer for a large percentage of the work day.
