Walser Automotive Group is seeking a Sales Manager for our Bloomington Buick GMC store. In this leadership role, you will guide a high-performing sales team within our one-price, negotiation-free model, ensuring every guest experiences transparent, customer-first service. You’ll oversee daily showroom operations, coach and develop sales staff, manage inventory presentation, and drive performance through data, CRM tools, and clear processes. Collaborating closely with finance, service, and marketing, you’ll execute store initiatives and promotions while upholding Walser’s values of integrity, teamwork, and community involvement.
