Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments and evaluations to accurately identify clients' mental health issues and formulate tailored treatment plans.

• Provide evidence-based individual therapy sessions using modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to meet clients' specific needs.

• Engage actively with clients to co-create therapeutic goals and regularly monitor progress throughout their treatment journey, adapting strategies as necessary.

• Utilize our telehealth platform to deliver virtual therapy sessions, accommodating clients who may have geographical, physical, or logistical barriers to in-person visits.

• Maintain comprehensive and precise documentation in accordance with both ethical and regulatory standards to ensure quality care and continuity.

• Participate in ongoing professional development activities to refine clinical skills and stay informed about emerging trends and practices in mental health care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your practice will primarily serve adolescents and young adults, a demographic that often faces unique mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Active and valid state licensure as an LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, or PsyD is essential for this role.

• Experience in delivering telehealth therapy is highly preferred, particularly with adolescents and young adults.
