HUMAN RESOURCES SPECIALIST (COMP/CLASS)

Compensation And Classification Specialist You will prepare new compensation and classification policies, plans, programs and guidance for the organization. You will formulate program objectives, develop program policy, and conducts comprehensive analyses of pay and compensation practices and classification to ensure their conformance with federal regulations. You will identify the need for new or revised statutory or regulatory compensation and classification policies or guidance covering all employees within the organization. You will provide technical compensation expertise formulation and development of strategic planning and lead the analysis and assessment of compensation and pay trends using qualitative and quantitative program indicators. You will monitor program effectiveness and identifies possible program improvements and will work with officials to advocate legislation to enhance compensation and pay administration programs. You will promote process improvement and program reengineering at all organization levels and explore opportunities for modernization and automation of functional operations in support of future needs. #J-18808-Ljbffr US Navy
