Job Description

• Prepare detailed and accurate estimates for drywall and masonry projects, adhering to project specifications and timelines.
• Analyze project drawings and specifications to determine material, labor, and equipment needs.
• Collaborate with project managers and other team members to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
• Negotiate with vendors and suppliers to obtain competitive pricing for materials and services.
• Maintain and update a database of pricing and cost information for various materials and services.
• Provide support during project handoff to ensure all estimates and details are clearly communicated to the execution team.
• Monitor market trends and industry developments to maintain competitive and accurate estimates.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and client requirements.
