Contracts Paralegal

To support in-house legal operations, the full-time Contracts Paralegal will manage contract review, drafting, and compliance while working onsite. Key responsibilities Review and draft contracts to ensure compliance with company policies and legal standards Manage the contract lifecycle, including tracking approvals and renewals Collaborate with legal and business teams to address contract-related inquiries and issues Required qualifications Associate's degree or higher in Paralegal Studies or a related field Minimum of 3 years of experience in contract management or paralegal work Strong understanding of contract law and compliance regulations Proficiency in contract management software and legal research tools Certification from a recognized paralegal organization is preferred
