We are hiring a Customer Acquisition Manager to lead and grow our field marketing and appointment-setting operations. This is a leadership role focused on building teams, driving lead generation, and producing consistent results in a high-performance environment.
If you are an experienced canvassing or field marketing leader who knows how to generate results and develop people, this is a strong opportunity with real earning potential and growth.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
- Build, recruit, and manage a high-performing canvassing and field team
- Train and develop representatives on door-to-door lead generation and appointment setting
- Lead daily execution of customer acquisition efforts in assigned territories
- Develop scripts, training systems, and field strategies to improve conversion rates
- Plan neighborhood targeting, territory mapping, and daily route optimization
- Track performance metrics including leads, appointments, and team productivity
- Conduct daily meetings and field coaching to improve results
- Work directly with leadership to scale acquisition operations
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in canvassing, field marketing, or customer acquisition leadership ( required )
- Background in home improvement (roofing, windows, siding, solar, etc.) preferred
- Experience recruiting, training, and managing field teams
- Strong leadership, coaching, and accountability skills
- Ability to analyze performance data and improve outcomes
- Strong communication and organizational abilities
- Motivated, competitive, and results-driven mindset
