You will partner closely with recruiters, hiring managers, human resources partners, and business stakeholders to align on hiring plans, role priorities, timelines, and decision-making processes. You will help improve the candidate and stakeholder experience by identifying process gaps, creating structure, and driving accountability across key recruiting and talent development efforts. Your work will support timely execution, stronger partnerships, and measurable improvements across talent-related initiatives.Job ResponsibilitiesLead cross-functional initiatives related to hiring plans, intake processes, role prioritization, and recruiting operating rhythmsPartner with recruiters, sourcers, human resources partners, and hiring managers to align on candidate profiles, timelines, and decision-making expectationsDrive consistent hiring execution through structured interview processes, interview panel setup, feedback timelines, decision tracking, and debrief facilitationIdentify and address friction across the hiring process to improve speed, quality, consistency, and candidate experienceDevelop and manage talent development programs aligned to team needs, including onboarding improvements, interview training, mentoring programs, career pathways, and skill-building plansEstablish operating cadences, including working sessions, stakeholder updates, executive readouts, decision logs, and key performance indicator reportingTrack project milestones, risks, dependencies, and outcomes to ensure timely delivery and clear accountabilityRecommend and implement process improvements that strengthen recruiting partnerships and talent development executionRequired Qualifications, Capabilities, and SkillsBachelor’s degree or equivalent experience5 years of experience in project management, program management, recruiting, talent acquisition, human resources, or a related fieldExperience leading cross-functional initiatives with multiple stakeholders, timelines, and deliverablesStrong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to summarize complex work into clear updates, decisions, and next stepsDemonstrated ability to manage project plans, dependencies, risks, milestones, and delivery expectationsExperience improving processes, creating structure, and driving accountability across teamsAbility to build trusted partnerships with recruiters, hiring managers, human resources partners, and business stakeholdersPreferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and SkillsExperience developing or supporting talent development programs, including onboarding, training, career frameworks, mentoring, or skill-building initiativesFamiliarity with recruiting operations, workforce planning, talent management, or human resources processesExperience using Agile, Lean, process mapping, or continuous improvement practicesExperience creating stakeholder updates, executive readouts, dashboards, or key performance indicator reportingChase is a leading financial services firm, helping nearly half of America’s households and small businesses achieve their financial goals through a broad range of financial products.
