Business Development Manager – Luxury Custom HomesWe are partnering with a highly respected luxury custom home builder specializing in architect-designed residences in the $4M–$15M+ range. As the company continues to grow, they are looking for a Business Development Manager to take ownership of generating new opportunities and expanding their referral network.This is a true hunter role for someone who enjoys networking, building relationships, and creating opportunities. The ideal candidate will be highly visible in the market and develop strong relationships with architects, interior designers, developers, real estate professionals, and other strategic referral partners who can introduce the company to qualified luxury homeowners.Compensation: $50,000–$60,000 Base + Commission | $150,000–$200,000+ PotentialLocation: Northern Virginia / DC MetroResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain relationships with architects, designers, developers, real estate professionals, and other referral sourcesGenerate qualified luxury custom-home opportunities and manage the sales pipelineAttend networking events, industry functions, and other opportunities to build the company's presence in the marketRepresent the company and its luxury brand with professionalism and confidenceWork closely with leadership to transition qualified opportunities through the sales processHelp expand the company's visibility through networking, partnerships, social media, and other business development initiativesWhat We're Looking ForProven experience in business development, sales, relationship management, or a similar roleA natural hunter who enjoys creating opportunities rather than waiting for leadsExcellent communication, networking, and relationship-building skillsConfident and comfortable representing a luxury brandHighly motivated, self-directed, and organizedExperience in luxury residential construction, architecture, design, real estate, or a related industry is strongly preferredAn established network within the Northern Virginia/DC luxury market is a major plusIf you are a relationship-driven business development professional who wants to build a market, bring in major projects, and have your income directly reflect your success, this is an exceptional opportunity.
