Sign on Bonus - up to $10,000 for a two-year commitment.
Physical Therapist needed for 8 Hour Days.
Position: Physical Therapist.
Setting: Mostly outpatient and some inpatient, possibility of occasional/rare SNF/Home Health.
Shift: 8 Hour Days M-F, but other options such as 4-10's are possible.
Guaranteed Hours per week: 38 to 40.
Weekend rotation: Every 6-7th weekend.
Holiday rotation: Rare.
Certifications required:
MN Physical Therapist license.
Basic Life Support (BLS) is required within one year of hire.
Minimum experience: At least 1 year of experience in a health-related field along with technical knowledge in electronic medical records (preferably Epic).
Charting System: Epic.
