Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients’ mental health needs, employing evidence-based tools and techniques to evaluate their emotional well-being.

• Develop personalized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, addressing their unique issues, goals, and preferences.

• Provide individual therapy sessions that cater to a diverse clientele, including children, adolescents, and adults, targeting various mental health challenges.
\n
• Facilitate couples therapy sessions to enhance communication skills, resolve conflicts, and strengthen interpersonal relationships.

• Regularly review and adjust treatment plans based on ongoing assessments of client progress, adapting techniques as necessary to ensure effectiveness.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions, including progress notes and treatment plans, adhering to our electronic health record systems.

• Collaborate with other professionals and interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive and holistic care for clients.

• Respond to crisis situations with compassion and skill, providing immediate support and interventions when clients are in acute distress.

• Participate in ongoing professional development, staying current with research, best practices, and innovations in the field of marriage and family therapy.

• Advocate for clients’ rights and well-being, empowering them to make informed decisions about their therapeutic journey.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our client base is diverse, encompassing teens, adults, and couples facing various challenges, including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, and more. You will tailor your therapeutic approach to meet the unique needs of each client, ensuring a supportive and inclusive environment.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or a related field is required.

• Active licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist from the State Board is mandatory.

• Strong skills in timely completion of assessments, documentation, and treatment implementation in a digital format.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with clients and collaborate with colleagues.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience providing therapy to individuals and couples.

• A background in working with children or adults from varied backgrounds is highly desirable.
