Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations, tailoring therapy strategies to meet the unique needs of each client.

• Deliver individual, family, and group counseling sessions utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams—including psychologists, social workers, and case managers—to create and implement comprehensive treatment plans.

• Maintain accurate clinical records and documentation while adhering to ethical and legal standards to ensure client confidentiality and care quality.

• Engage in ongoing professional development through workshops and training sessions, ensuring knowledge of the latest mental health research and practices.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or related fields.

• Possession of active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Texas.

• A minimum of two years of counseling experience, ideally in a clinical environment.

• Understanding and adherence to the highest ethical and legal standards in practice.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to establish and maintain rapport with a wide variety of clients.

• Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a healthcare team, contributing to a holistic approach to client care.

• Competency in using electronic medical record (EMR) software and related technological tools.

Compensation and Benefits\n
