About the Role As Director of Development, you will lead all aspects of fundraising and donor relations, from cultivating and stewarding major gifts to building long-term development strategies. You’ll strengthen WTFC’s presence through community engagement , oversee the Outreach Manager, and provide leadership for grants, public relations, and communications. Working closely with the Executive Director and Board, you’ll set goals, measure outcomes, and ensure our mission continues to grow in both reach and impact.
