Branch Manager

Responsibilities Oversee all aspects of branch operations with a focus on customer acquisition and team development Drive branch growth by acquiring new clients and maintaining relationships with existing ones Ensure excellent customer service by fostering a continuous improvement environment Regularly visit key clients to identify business development opportunities Use financial reports to manage cash flow, improve transportation yield, and control expenses Promote a culture of integrity, transparency, and constructive feedback within the branch Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred At least 5 years of progressive experience in the freight forwarding industry, or 10 years of equivalent work experience is preferred Fluency in English is required Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Skills financial reporting cash flow management transportation yield improvement customer acquisition business development team development customer service continuous improvement relationship management integrity transparency constructive feedback #J-18808-Ljbffr Jobtailor
