Branch Manager

Position: Operations Manager - Industrial Distribution Location: Buffalo, New York Salary: USD $65,000 - $85,000 Schedule: Monday - Friday 9AM-5PM Position Type: Permanent / Full-Time Posting Type: Open Vacancy We are seeking a hands‑on Operations Manager to lead the daily operations of a well-established industrial warehouse facility. This role will oversee financial performance, accounting, inventory, and team leadership for a busy production branch. The successful candidate will take ownership of the site's performance, working closely with production staff while managing the business side of the operation. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys running a business unit, supporting employees on the floor, and ensuring profitability and efficiency. Key Responsibilities Manage full profit & loss performance for the facility Perform accounting and reporting functions using QuickBooks Oversee inventory levels, purchasing, and stock accuracy Supervise approximately 25 employees Maintain an organized, safe, and efficient work environment Monitor margins, expenses, and operational costs Support customer orders and operational problem solving as needed Improve processes and operational efficiency Occasionally assist with minor local deliveries if required Qualifications & Experience Preferred experience with profit & loss, inventory management and accounting Experience with QuickBooks Leadership experience supervising teams Comfortable working in a warehouse/industrial environment Personable and team-oriented leadership style Trades or hands‑on operational experience considered an asset How to Apply Please send your resume in Word format to Rachel Rebello at View email address on click.appcast.io . #J-18808-Ljbffr
