The Arc of Centre County is hiring a FT Direct Support Professional to join our Home & Community Supports (HCS) team. HCS provides services to adults with IDD in the general areas of communication, health maintenance, money management, relationship development, meal preparation, and the use of community resources.Job Title: Home and Community Supports (HCS) Direct Support Professional (DSP)Pay: $18/hour + Shift Differentials + $1,200 Sign-on BonusLocation:  State College and/or Bellefonte, PASchedule: Full-Time, Weekday Availability PreferredNo Experience Needed (all training is paid!) Get paid to help people with disabilities live more independently. You'll help with daily routines, community outings, transportation, and building real relationships.
